Stuart & Partners – Signage

Stuart & Partners

External Signage

Client

Stuart and Partners are a well-known and established specialist letting agents who’ve had a high street presence in Sussex for over 30 years. They have two office premises and were going through a rebranding process to bring their image up to date and ensure it was fully aligned with their values.

Challenge

The existing signage had been in place for over 15 years and was looking tired and dated. It was important for the installation of the new signage to coincide with the launch of the new website and other marketing collateral as part of the overall brand overhaul.

The original brief was to adapt and update the existing signage by adding new LED lighting and graphics. However, it quickly became apparent, that the existing signage had some pre-existing wear and tear and simply updating wouldn’t provide the high quality look the client required. What’s more, when the existing signage was taken down at the Haywards Heath office, it also became clear that the rendering into which the sign was fixed was going to require some restoration work.

Solution

We recommended new powder coated trays with a stencil cut logo in white and LED lighting to ensure the logo was clearly visible at night. Although the rendering work meant a slight delay at the Haywards Heath office, we were able to use the time fitting the signage to the other premises in Hassocks, to ensure delay was minimised.

Result

The new signage transformed the outside of the two offices, creating a clean, distinctive and modern look to complement the other elements of the new branding.
