Wave Modular Exhibition Stand

Client

Class Technology Solutions Limited (CTS) is a Microsoft Gold solutions partner and leading EdTech company that provides IT solutions and managed support services to the UK education sector.

Challenge

The client was attending exhibitions in Brighton, Manchester and London and needed a modular stand that could be reconfigured to fit the different size and shaped exhibition spaces available. The stand also needed to be portable, durable with the strength to hold a large TV screen and ability to change the graphics regularly to keep the display looking fresh.

Solution

We collaborated with their graphic designer and recommended the modular ‘Wave’ display stand. We installed and uninstalled the stand at all three shows so that the client could just arrive and set up without the hassle of supervising or managing the installation. Due to the structure of the stand, we were able to alter the graphics which were tailored for each show whilst using the same framework.

Result

The result was a slick, eye-catching exhibition stand that makes full use of every space but can be adapted without losing any of the essential components. The stand is easy to set up should the client decide to do this themselves and compact enough when folded away for the client to store at their premises between events.

The stand comes with the ability to add a large range of accessories such as tables, shelves and slat-walls and as such, is an investment that can be used for future exhibitions.
